You can order our products in 3 ways:

  3. You can place your order by phone at 2316 008 301 every day except Sunday, hours 9:30 – 14:00 and in the afternoons 17:00 – 21:00 on Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

The basic shopping process if you choose to place an order through our website:

  • Follow the steps indicated to you in order to complete the order,
  • Filling in all the necessary information in the order form,
  • Receipt at the e-mail address, which you have given us, of a message with the details of the order that we will receive.

Acceptance of these terms has preceded. By receiving your order, we confirm the availability of the ordered products. We inform you that our company follows a strict personal data protection policy and only after your consent (granted by sending the form) are they collected and processed, in the most secure way.

Î’. Order Request Processing

In this phase we check the availability of the products mentioned in your order.

The availability of our products is displayed on the website of belovedshop.gr, so that you know when you place your order the availability or not of the code or the size you want.

In the event that there is availability of all the products listed in your order, we will confirm this to you by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you have given us. The shipment of the products will then take place, based on the delivery schedule of the courier company with which we cooperate.

In the event that one of the items you ordered is not available, then we will contact you by phone, in order to arrange a change or cancellation of your order. In the event that telephone communication is not possible, you will be sent an e-mail to the e-mail address you have given us, in order for you to get in touch with us.

In case of failure to communicate for a period of at least 7 days from the dispatch of your order, then your order is automatically cancelled.

Payment methods

You choose which payment method you prefer and enter your necessary information. The payment details you send us are collected in complete security. With regard to payments using a credit-debit card, the company and in cooperation with the cooperating banks takes all the necessary security measures that ensure the maximum possible protection in your electronic transactions. You can pay for your order in 3 ways:

Ι. CREDIT – DEBIT – PREPAID CARD:

Belovedshop.gr accepts VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, DINERS, DISCOVER credit cards free of charge. The process is carried out and completed through the bank with which we cooperate. Every transaction you make with the online store is protected by highly reliable online security systems.

ΙΙ. PAY ON DELIVERY:

You pay the value of the products to the carrier of the company we cooperate with upon receipt of your products. Cash on delivery is only valid for orders within Greece and the cost is €2.

ΙΙΙ. PAYMENT BY BANK ACCOUNT DEPOSIT:

Payment is made by depositing the exact amount – as shown in the shopping cart – to the bank account that is indicated in the respective bank with which we cooperate. We are informed about your deposit by sending the proof to orders@belovedshop.gr. Any transport costs are borne by the principal.

IV. PAYMENT IN THE STORE

If you choose to pick up your order from our store at Papadopoulou 19 Panorama, Thessaloniki.

Shipping methods

Most products are shipped within 1-3 working days by Courier within Greece.

  • For purchases within Greece, the cost is set at €5.

Products delivery

With your order confirmation message, we will inform you of the delivery time of your order, which depends on the shipping area of the products. Our orders are processed during working days and hours (Monday – Friday, 09:00-17:00). Our deliveries are made in accordance with the following commitment:

  1. For deliveries within Greece, delivery in 3 working days from the moment we receive your order.

We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure. In any case of emergency, we will contact you.

Return products

Within 14 calendar days, from the day you received the product, you have the right to return it, at your own expense.

For the return of products, it is assumed:

  1. that the product has not been used
  2. no markings on the products have been removed
  3. they are in excellent condition, in the packaging and you have all the printed shipping documents that you received them with.

You can either request a replacement of the products you have chosen, with others of at least equal value, or a refund of your money.

We take all the necessary measures so that you receive the products without damage. However, in case you received a defective product, then the shipping and return costs are borne exclusively by belovedshop.gr.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will immediately send you the correct one, after confirming the new receipt by e-mail.

You can inform us directly by e-mail: info@belovedshop.gr, notifying us of the problem.

To return a defective or inappropriately sized product, it is necessary to package it properly, so that it is protected during shipping, to place inside the package that you have made, a document in which you state your details in detail (name, surname, address ) your order, with the label, for the attention of the Returns Department.
